Created by a talented team of students—Attila (Programmer), Rhys (Designer), and Cooper (Designer)—over an intense 5-week VR project, this game offers a thrilling blend of fun physics and immersive environments.
In Loderr's Laval Plugging, you'll navigate courses built from ore-laden caves, volcanic craters, and towering peaks. Swing your rock-forged club to send sturdy stone golf balls across three meticulously crafted courses, each with a range of challenging and inventive holes. The game doesn’t stop at mini-golf; it also allows you to pick up and throw objects, adding a layer of interactive strategy to the experience.
Whether you're sinking a perfect putt or exploring the stunning, dwarf-crafted environments, there's always something to marvel at. Your scores are saved, so you can track your progress and strive for that elusive perfect game. Installation Instructions for Loderr's Lava Plugging on Meta Quest 2/3
- Download the .apk File
- Visit the itch.io page for Loderr's Lava Plugging and download the .apk file to your computer.
- Set Up Meta Quest Developer Hub
- Ensure you have the Meta Quest Developer Hub installed on your computer. If you haven't already, you can download it here.
- Log in with your Meta account. If you don’t have a developer account, you’ll need to set one up.
- Enable 'Unknown Sources' on Your Quest 2/3
- Put on your Meta Quest 2/3 headset and navigate to Settings > System > Unknown Sources.
- Toggle the option to allow apps from unknown sources.
- Install the Game
- Connect your Meta Quest 2/3 headset to your computer using a USB-C cable.
- Open the Meta Quest Developer Hub and ensure your device is recognized.
- Drag and drop the downloaded .apk file into the Meta Quest Developer Hub window.
- Follow the prompts to install the game on your Quest 2/3.
- Enjoy the Game
- Once the installation is complete, put on your Meta Quest 2/3 and navigate to Apps > Unknown Sources.
- Select Loderr's Lava Plugging and enjoy!
